The surface of full-hard cold rolled steel coils is usually more smooth and bright than hot rolled steel. However, the internal stress of cold rolled steel coils is high and it's very hard , not easy to bend. So we ususlly make the cold rolled steel coils soft and cancel the internal stress by annealing.
